To obtain the desired result, apply the product in a 1-2 mm layer on degreased and disinfected skin. You can then make some light rubbing movements with a spatula to help the gel penetrate deeper into the skin. The recommended exposure time is 20-40 minutes. Avoid contact with eyes!
