Wearing gloves or a special mitten (“kise”), apply the substance to moist skin with circular motions; massage for 15-20 minutes until the skin reddens slightly, working from the feet upwards. Thoroughly rinse off the remainder of the product with water once exfoliation is complete. Avoid contact with eyes!
